Site blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new photograph drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section labelling different sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for dock shelters.
More materials disclosed as part of the current oversight process.
